In accordance with current regulations, SMARTIUM undertakes to protect Users' personal data by processing it lawfully, fairly and transparently, and for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. SMARTIUM will implement the organizational and technical means necessary to ensure the security of the data collected.

However, SMARTIUM cannot ensure or guarantee the security of information transmitted by Users. Users therefore bear the risks associated with the mode or channel of transmission as well as the format of their personal data transmitted to SMARTIUM.
